What stood out to me during the workshop was the technique of asking positive questions. Throughout the entire workshop, I could feel the trainers' passion and love for their craft. I also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere they managed to maintain during the public workshop. Learning something new with great people is of great value to me. I highly recommend this workshop.
I have been in sales for a long time, and although I achieve my goals, during the workshop I realized that I can be even more successful.
I was impressed by the overall approach to conducting meetings with the intention of understanding the client's goals and needs before presenting the company's products and services. I appreciated the balance between theory and practice, as well as the individualized approach of the trainers both during and outside the workshop. Once again, I realized the vast possibilities available in business communication and how much the outcome depends on self-awareness and the ability to gauge the preferences of the other party. The content of the workshop was beneficial to me in many ways. I realized how important listening and asking the right questions are, even from the CEO’s chair.
